Full payments are due before any stay - a deposit is required for all direct bookings, and is non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of booking.
All bookings are then non-refundable and non-transferable after that 48 hour period, unless explicitly agreed to by the Hosts.
We reserve the right to alter, cancel or otherwise change your booking if there is any issue with payments, any fraud, or any chargebacks from banks or credit cards.
