Booking and Payments
Full payment is required prior to your stay.
For direct bookings, a deposit is required. This deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours after booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
After the initial 48-hour period, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly agreed to by the Hosts.
Refunds, exchanges, or transfers are only possible at the discretion of the Hosts.
Booking Changes and Cancellations by Hosts
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or otherwise change your booking in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or chargebacks.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and do our best to assist in finding an alternative solution.
Guest Conduct
Please respect the property and community. Any guest behaving in a disruptive or damaging manner may be asked to leave without refund.
Treat our space and team with kindness, and we promise to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay.
Agreement
By booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and understand the booking and payment policies outlined above.
