Check in: Our regular Check In (from 3pm on the first day) and Check Out times (before 10am on the last day) are firm and cannot usually be changed. Our housekeeper has other properties she must service so unfortunately, we cannot offer much flexibility here.

Please contact us however before your arrival if you want to check in a bit earlier (say 20 minutes) or check out a bit later, so that we can make arrangements with our housekeeper first. Times requested longer than those mentioned, may incur an extra charge of NZ$35 per hour. Any overstay on the final day (ie. Checkout day) without notice, beyond 10am, will also incur an extra NZ$35 per hour charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Check out: When checking out, please load the dishwasher with any dishes (you don’t need to turn it on – our housekeeper will do that for you), ensure that all windows are closed and secured, lock the sliding door (if it’s a bit stiff to lock, gently raise the door as you slide it right/closed) and return the key to the lockbox to the right of the door.
